I have an Associate’s Degree in Ethnic Studies from UW Colleges Online and I attended Penn State World Campus for Political Science.  I have held jobs mostly in the food service industry since I was 15.  I modeled in Chicago, Minneapolis, and New York City as a teenager as well.  I am an activist for the environment and I study demographics, leadership, development,, religion, and law.  I speak basic French, Greek, and Portuguese and I know HTML, CSS, and C++ coding.  I am building a photography business as my main career focus and my art can be found at LoveMeganPhotography.com.

I started here as a fountain worker and became a server when I was 16.  It was a very fast paced restaurant where I learned the expectations of food service..

RE:QUEST Agency in New York, NY    2003-2006

Working with this agency, I did shoots for Tiffany’s Diamonds, Polaroid, American Rag, and other projects.

Sonny’s Pizzeria in Fish Creek, WI    2008-2010

I worked at this famous pizza parlor in Door County, WI serving many tables and helping in the kitchen.

The Waterfront in Sister Bay, WI     2011-2011

I prepped salads and made desserts for a summer at this five star establishment. 

Cupcake/The Mason Jar in Eagan, MN    2016-2017

I was a barista for this café that won the Cupcake Wars Championship and also hosted and expo-ed for its adjoining restaurant, The Mason Jar.

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Minneapolis, MN    2017-2019

At this historic restaurant I served three-course meals in a busy environment, maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere.

The Mission in Minneapolis, MN    2018-2019

I waited tables for a short lunch shift and cocktailed at parties and banquets for this upscale restaurant in the IDS center of downtown Minneapolis.

Renaissance Marriott – Milwaukee Depot in Minneapolis, MN    2019-2020

I served at this upscale hotel restaurant with an impressive menu and wine list.
